FAQ's

Where are you located for Face-to-Face consultations?

I provide Face-to-Face Consultations at Baylife Medical. The Address is:

Shop 3/9-11 Rangers Rd, Neutral Bay NSW 2089.

What can I expect in a consult?

Initial consultations (60 mins) consists of knowing all the nitty gritty info about yourself and your issues.

This includes a run through of medical history, family history, recent relevant pathology results, dietary analysis, and lifestyle habits to understand where your treatment plan will yield the best result. Pathology, supplement prescription and diet/ lifestyle plan will be e-mailed up to 48hours AFTER your appointment.

Follow up consults (30 mins) consists of running through what worked so far, what didn't work, what symptoms changed/ didn't change and an analysis of any pathology results you may have been given to do. Supplement doses (if given) might be altered as per your signs, symptoms and testing.

Supplementation review (15mins) is booked only if you are an existing patient needing a re-script of a supplement or need more support to ensure your supplement regime is compatible with any new medication you might be taking.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

For the respect of everyone's time (other patients, mine but most importantly yours!) and the effort it takes to prepare for a consult, I require 24 hours notice. Re-scheduling is easy, there is a link in your booking confirmation e-mail- just give it a click and follow the prompts! If you have any trouble, just shoot me an e-mail at hello@goodnessgraciousnutrition.com.au

OK I've booked, what happens next?

Once you book through this website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the date, time, and zoom link of the consultation. If you are seeing me face-to-face on a Monday, all the information will be in your confirmation e-mail. A zoom link is sent regardless in case life gets in the way.

Initial appointments require an initial questionnaire to be filled out PRIOR to your consultation time. It might seem lengthy, but the more answers I get from you prior to your consult, the more time I get to spend on why you have come to me in the first place!

You will also receive a reminder e-mail the day before.

Providing both tele-health and face-to-face consultations allows the flexibility you need as well as the option to see you in the flesh should you need a physical examination.

I don't have zoom, and have never used it- what do I do?

That's OK! Full disclosure I was never great at tech things either.

You can join the 'meeting' through the link in your confirmation e-mail.

How long does it take to get my treatment plan?

Your treatment protocol and any supporting information will be sent to you via e-mail up to 48 hours AFTER your consultation.

If you need supplementation, you will be sent the prescription via an invoice and ONCE PAID I will order them straight to your door. The timing of delivery is out of my hands but usually once ordered, will be received no longer than 2-3 working days (Australia wide).

How often do I need to book appointments?

This is a really good question! The answer is it will depend on what we are treating. Typically, I see patients every 2 weeks to start with for hormonal and gut related issues as it is directly related to the changes in symptoms and supplementation. The sum of appointments will depend on how severe your diagnosis is, but most importantly your compliance to your program!

Some food for thought: If we are trying to regulate your cycle, an egg takes roughly 90-100 days to mature and change, with the greatest changes shown after this time frame.

If I'm treating kids, I like to start on a 2 week cycle between appointments, however the best thing about the little ones is they respond to treatment really quickly!
