This is something I make on the regular, as I find it makes a simple steak or piece of fish delicious. Tacos/wraps are a a family favourite and its the combination of a Harrisa paste (mixed with yoghurt to cool it down) and this green sauce that is the basis of all our tacos!

A delicious simple green sauce to store in the fridge and whip out to level up almost any meal.

Ingredients

2 bunches of coriander
Bunch of Parsley
bunch of basil
½ bunch of mint
¼ cup of pine nuts
80ml olive oil
Juice of 1-2 lemons
1 tablespoon of sea salt flakes (I use Himalayan sea salt or Molten sea salt)

Directions

toast the pine nuts in an oven at 180 degrees until golden. Let cool.
In a blender, add the leaves of parsley, basil, coriander and mint, olive oil, lemon and salt and toasted pine nuts.
Blend until smooth, tweaking the consistency with lemon juice or olive oil based on taste and desired texture.
Transfer into a jar; refrigerate until you need it. Shelf life 1-2 weeks.
